About the Lecture

"Influence and Inspiration: The Keys to Entrepreneurial Leadership"

A proven CEO and dedicated humanitarian, Jeff Hoffman has found success as a bestselling author, Hollywood film producer, producer of a Grammy Award winning jazz album, and executive producer of an Emmy Award winning television show.

In this engaging and informative talk, Jeff Hoffman will explain the key concepts entrepreneurial leaders need to understand in order to grow a bootstrapped startup into a successful and profitable business. By using examples learned as the CEO of various companies, Jeff will reveal how focusing on talent management, product focus, operational efficiency, and branding and marketing helped turn mere “good ideas” into multi-billion companies.

This event is presented by the Center for Leadership, in partnership with the FIU Foundation, the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, and StartUp FIU.
