The workshop is open to all students enrolled in Fall 2025 seminars and aims to:

  • Facilitate collaborative brainstorming to help students refine their research topics.
  • Provide strategies for stronger preemption checks and well-rounded research projects.
  • Encourage scholarly writing for potential law review publications and writing competitions, further elevating the academic contributions of FIU Law students.
