What to Expect

The meeting program covers all transportation modes, with sessions and workshops addressing topics of interest to policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions.

About the Program

Workshops Announced: Details regarding specialty workshops are available online now. These workshops take place on the first and last day of the meeting.

The full 2025 program, including full details on sessions and workshops, will be posted here in November. In the meantime, you can view the programs of past Annual Meetings by visiting the Online Program Archive.

TRB’s volunteer technical committees organize the sessions and workshops at the Annual Meeting. They also hold committee meetings throughout the week of the meeting, and most of them are open to the public. With more than 170 committees, almost every transportation mode and topic is represented. The full list of committee meetings will be posted to this website in November.

Statement of Free Expression

FIU endorses the Florida Board of Governors' Statement of Free Expression to support and encourage full and open discourse and the robust exchange of ideas and perspectives on our campuses. In addition to supporting this legal right, we view this as an integral part of our ability to deliver a high-quality academic experience for our students, engage in meaningful and productive research, and provide valuable public service. This includes fostering civil and open dialogue in support of critical thinking in and out of the classroom, including events hosted by the university.
