· Description: This session is moderated by RESULTS, a group of passionate, committed advocates using our voices to influence political decisions that will end poverty. As part of the issues that they passionately advocate for, funding for the Global Fund to Fight AIDs, Tuberculosis, & Malaria -- an international partnership that has helped save 44 million lives -- is at the forefront of our issues. In this session, we will discuss the Global Fund, its impact, and its importance to our current government.

Statement of Free Expression

FIU endorses the Florida Board of Governors' Statement of Free Expression to support and encourage full and open discourse and the robust exchange of ideas and perspectives on our campuses.
