  • Description: This session explores the growing challenge of over-tourism and its impacts on the environment and local communities, drawing on recent coverage from The New York Times. Presenters will discuss these timely issues within Global Sustainable Tourism (GST) and highlight how programs in Earth & Environment and the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management are addressing them through research, education, and practice.
