DESCRIPTION:Türkiye’s geostrategic location\, combined with its historic
 al and cultural ties to both Europe and the Middle East\, positions the co
 untry as a conduit between the East and the West. Straddling both regions\
 , Türkiye is influenced by—and in turn influences—the developments oc
 curring in Europe and the Middle East. Its longstanding foreign policy has
  two key dimensions: cultivating strong ties with Europe and maintaining p
 eaceful relations with Middle Eastern nations. Although Türkiye is not a 
 member of the EU\, the union remains its primary trading partner. The unst
 able conditions in the Middle East have prompted the EU to collaborate clo
 sely with Türkiye in recent years. This presentation aims to analyze Tür
 kiye’s role as a bridge between Europe and the Middle East.
