A public lecture/star party at the Stocker Astroscience center. The 45 minute talk will focus on the prospects of finding extraterrestrial life with our new instruments, how and whom should make contact.  If their evolution is more primative, what are our responsibilities toward protecting their evolution.  How will Humans religions handle the discovery? Star party and telescopes afterward if weather permits.
