Virtual EventAward-winning Chef Vicky Colas will host a virtual professional development demonstration for culinary arts students at Madison Area Technical College. Her demonstration will focus on Haitian Cuisine. Throughout the demonstration, Chef Vicky will reference the history, politics, culture and ritual surrounding featured Haitian dishes.
Chef Vicky attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu Miami and holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality restaurant management and a master's degree in dietetics and nutrition, both from Florida International University.
In collaboration with Madison Area Technical College. Part of LACC's Haitian Studies Program of Excellence. Made possible with support from LACC's US Department of Education Title VI Grant. Private event for culinary arts students and faculty at Madison Area Technical College.
