Women Who Lead (WWL) is a one day leadership & career conference designed to enhance the personal, professional & academic leadership development of students at FIU. We achieve this by engaging students with experiences central to to diverse women and gender expansive people of all types including faculty, staff, alumni and professionals of all industries.

Women Who Lead seeks to:

• Enhance participant’s understanding & awareness about the scope of women and gender expansive people in leadership in our society today.
• Provide participants with an opportunity to interact with & learn from women and gender expansive leaders in a variety of career fields.
• Develop a greater understanding of the diversity of careers available in a variety of fields.
• Assist our students in developing their personal leadership plan.
