Python Workshop: Introduction to Python and Data Analysis
with Professor Alfonso Rodriguez, FIU Economics
Due to high demand last semester, we are excited to offer the Python workshop taught by Prof. Alfonso Rodriguez once again! This two-day workshop will take place on:
- Friday, January 17th and
- Saturday, January 18th
- Time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Classroom: TBA
This workshop serves as an introduction to Python programming, designed to help students build a strong foundation for using Python in data analysis classes and their future careers. Python is a powerful tool that can greatly enhance one's ability to perform a variety of tasks in the field of economics. From analyzing data and building models, to visualizing trends and making forecasts, Python provides a flexible platform for combining economics and computer programming.

- Spots are limited due to the hands-on nature of the workshop. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
