This workshop focuses on how to write successful, quality argumentative and analytical papers assigned in history survey courses, as well as the humanities and social sciences more broadly, for undergraduates. The workshop discusses writing effective thesis statements, using and interpreting evidence, quotations, citations, and strategies for non-fiction writing. Presented by Dr. Ross Nedervelt and Dr. René Silva from the Department of History's Writing-in-History program.
