XXVII New Music Miami ISCM Festival: Those at Peace Shall See Their Wake

This is a past event.

Wednesday, March 6 at 7:00pm

WLF - The Wolfsonian
1001 Washington AVE, The Wolfsonian - FIU, Miami, Florida 33139

"Those at Peace Shall See Their Wake" is a 40 minute site specific, spatial work composed by Orlando Jacinto Garcia, where strings and electronics intertwine to create a mesmerizing soundscape for audiences. The audience will find themselves seated on the 6th floor while the performers inhabit the 7th floor space. It's a transformative encounter that blurs the lines between audience and artist, sound and space.
