About Tradition at Steak:
Paradoxically kosher meat is available in more and more places, yet many kosher butcher shops are closing around the country, which impacts the Jewish community in those cities. In this film Aaron Davidson visits the last stand-alone kosher butcher shop on Miami Beach to find out why customers keep coming back and what the store owners need to do survive in the face of new competition. Through interviews with butchers and customers the film reveals that there is a lot more to a kosher butcher than "meats" the eye.
