Institute for Transnational Arbitration-2nd Winter Roundtable

Co-Sponsored by the Florida International University College of Law, the 2nd Winter Roundtable will take place on Thursday afternoon, January 24, 2013, in Miami at the Biltmore Hotel.
The Winter Roundtable is presented annually by the young arbitrator organizations of the ITA, CPR, ICC, ICDR and LCIA in the opening session of the ITA Winter Forum. Interested students and young lawyers may register for the Roundtable only or for the entire Winter Forum.
The Roundtable this year consists of three debates on hot issues among rising stars under 40 in international arbitration practice:
Do Moral Damages Have a Place in Investment Arbitration?
May Preconditions to Arbitration Be Disregarded?
Is There a Role For Summary Adjudication in International Arbitration?
The Roundtable will conclude with a Welcome Reception at the Biltmore.
