Join FIU SEAS and Frost Science’s MUVE (Museum Volunteers for the Environment) as we remove invasive vegetation from our new Batchelor Environmental Center restoration site on the Biscayne Bay Campus, to begin restoring the land to a native mangrove and hardwood hammock forest. The invasive vegetation consists primarily of Burma reed, Australian pine, and Brazilian pepper. All tools and gloves will be provided. 3rd Saturday of every month.
