2016 Trail of the Torch

Screen

Join your FIU Student Ambassadors for food, fun, entertainment and FIU’s biggest tradition, Trail of the Torch.  The party will start in the Housing Quad and then we’ll walk towards the famous FIU Torch to light the torch of Knowledge, Service and Opportunity.

While at the Housing Quad, be sure to check out the Student Organization Showcase with more than 25 student organizations and departments hosting activities and distributing giveaways. Check our the inflatables, cotton candy, popcorn, cornhole and lots more!

Philanthropy is at the center of this event, as we raise funds to support our student scholarships. Be sure to make a donation for your chance to win an HP printer, gift cards and more!  One ticket for $5.00 or $10.00 for 5 tickets. All donors will receive a Panther T-shirt! After the torch is lit, be sure to grab your Trail of the Torch giveaway!  Only students, alumni and staff who “swipe” in will get a wristband and will get the event gift.

If you have questions or need more information, please call your FIU Alumni Association at 305.348.3334 or email ambassadors@fiu.edu.
