Ever wonder the main skills employers look for? Trying to figure out how to obtain those skills and articulate them to others? Or are you interested in learning how your career development also merges with your leadership development? This would be a great workshop for you. Here, we will be diving into NACE’s Career Readiness Competencies through interactive activities that will enable you to think deeper about how you can exemplify these targeted skills (critical thinking, teamwork, leadership, etc) and articulate them to an employer to make you a much more enhanced applicant for your future positions.

 

Exit Planning For Small Business Owners

There are several types of exit strategies for small business owners to choose from, and each type of plan has key points to consider. This workshop covers the essential questions that every business owner should know about exit strategies and what your business is worth.

You should also focus on what you truly want to achieve with all assets and start the process early to implement your strategies.

If you are considering an exit plan for your business, this Lunch & Learn workshop will help you determine what works best for you and your business needs.

Joint Vendor Outreach Event Doing Business with Miami-Dade County & FIU

Learn how to grow your business via contracting opportunities with Miami-Dade County and Florida International University. This powerful networking / outreach event will also include a value-added “Lunch-N-Learn”, under the theme: “Cybersecurity”. This workshop will be a forum where business owners will learn how to take practical measures to protect their business from cyber threats:

  • Explore possible contracting opportunities with many Miami-Dade County agencies and FIU Departments.
